How to Delete Your Account

For Members (In-App)

You can permanently delete your MPFS Dubai account directly from within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the MPFS Dubai app on your mobile device
2. Go to Profile section
3. Scroll down to the bottom
4. Tap on “Delete Account”
5. Confirm your choice

Once confirmed, your account and all personal information (name, email, phone, family details, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days.

Note: RSVP information may be retained in anonymized form for statistical analytics only.

For Guests (Email Request)

If you are a guest user, you can request account deletion via email:

• Send an email to: dubai@mpfs.ae
• Use subject line: “Delete Account”
• Provide:
  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name

Any personal information provided in your request will be deleted. RSVP data will be retained in anonymized form for statistical analytics purposes.

We will process your request within 15 business days.
